Lisa Elliott

In 2004 Lisa started her career in the direct sales industry as an administrator in a marketing company in Dublin, Ireland.  Having been living in London and New York for the previous 4 years she returned to her home town of Dublin with the plan to take a short gap before heading to Australia for more travelling. However, seeing the opportunity and potential for her own career growth she quickly jumped at the chance to become a more permanent member of the team in Ireland.  

In 2006 Lisa was given the opportunity to move to Rotterdam to take on a similar administration role.  Since then she has been instrumental in administering several sales campaigns and training new administrators across the Netherlands, while assisting in the growth of the Rotterdam sales team. She was also still active in mentoring and developing administrators in Ireland during this time.

Recruitment is the area of administration Lisa has always been passionate about and her proven track record in recruitment has earned her the role leading one of the most critical parts of the business. In 2011 she was appointed as the Head of Recruitment for Appco Group Nederland and her positive attitude and experience have her set to create the leading centralized recruitment team in Appco Group Europe.
