Administration Manager – Appco Group Sales

For Anet the adventure began in march 2004 in the UK, she just came back from living in Scotland and was looking for work. Anet always worked in the motor trade first a mechanic later as a parts & accessories advisor but was ready for a change. She has always loved working with people and enjoyed the sales side of her last work experience so when Anet saw the advert in the newspaper where it said one of the clients wanted to be represented in Holland, candidates had to be willing to be trained in the UK, she saw a opportunity she couldn’t resist. 

Anet was trained in some of the most successful offices in the UK to bring the face to face campaign to Amsterdam. After doing sales and following the Business Development Program for six months she was asked to completely focus on the recruitment process. A few years later the administration side was added as well. In 2008 Anet was asked to go to Eindhoven to support Tim Waaldijk in setting up the organization in the south of Holland. 

The quality of her work and reputation within the group resulted in the promotion to Administration Manager in 2011. Next to being responsible for all of the administration she is also a trainer for the administrators / meeters & greeters in the Netherlands.
